Pooja Hegde is a Indian model and actress who was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 13th of October 1990. It has been an Indian Film Actress & Model who has starred in Tamil Telugu & Hindi. She began her personal journey as a child to Hindu parents Manjunath (the father) and Latha (the mother). Rishabh Hegde is her younger sister. Pooja belongs to a clan who is mostly of Udupi. She is fluent of Hindi, Tamil Telugu Kannada as well as English. Pooja chose to become a model/actress because she has been fascinated by modelling and style since childhood. As she studied, she started to pursue her dreams of competing in modelling assignments. The contest was her second place finisher at the time of 2010 Miss Universe India. This was the turning point in her career. Mughmodo became her first movie after she began her film career. In order to get a shot at cinema, she approached several south film makers as well. Mughmodo was her debut film to make it into her professional career. The film Oka Laila Kosam was the title of another film she received. Following that she received several roles and participated in many south Indian films. Her debut as an actress in Bollywood was in the film Mohanjo Dara by Ashutosh Gvarikar, which she appeared in in the year 2016. She acted opposite Hrithik Rohan. Following the success of the blockbuster version of the film her return to Telugu. Saakshyam Saravinda Samethaveera Raghava was her debut Telugu film launch after she started in Bollywood. All of her films did very well at box office and she appeared in the Bollywood films like Housefull 4. Housefull 4.
