Cassandra Monique Batie aka Andra Day is an American R&B/Soul songwriter and singer. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nominations for an Academy Award. Andra Day is a gifted and skilled artist. It's not like she's the throwback R&B specialist, however her experience in gospel jazz as well as the blues is evident and translates to today's music. Her debut album, Cheers to The Fall (2015) she broke into the Top Ten R&B/hip hop charts and was awarded a couple of Grammy nods. As a child living in San Diego and surrounding areas She began singing at church, and then enrolled in at the School of Creative and Performing Arts. As she graduated from the School of Performing and Creative Arts, andra Day began to focus on contemporary R&B and Pop, however she quickly found that her soulful jazz influences were what she was drawn to. Kai Millard Morris, who was able to catch a live performance of Day and brought her music to Stevie Wonder's husband, was the main breakthrough. Motown legendary Adrian Gurvitz connected Day and the seasoned music businessman. In partnership together with Gurvitz as well as Jeffrey Evans' Buskin label Day developed a YouTube following and eventually signed with major-label Warner Bros. n 2012 Day made her debut track Forever Mine on YouTube. Billie Holiday (2020), an autobiography of the career of Holiday. Andi matichak (born August 25, 1970) is an American actress. Her first appearance was on television shows like 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods before making her movie debut in the role of Allyson Nelson, in the film horror series Halloween and the sequels. Andi Matichak was an American actress was born in Framingham, Massachusetts on 3 May 1994.
