Her role was later featured in the films Sorority Row, Into the Blue The Reef and Honey. Audrina is a reality TV show that aired on VH1 that starred her with her family back in 2011. Following her move to Los Angeles Patridge was hired to work at Quixote Studios as a receptionist. Lauren Conrad, her roommate Heidi Montag and best friend Heidi Montag moved in to her home for MTV series The Hills. Patridge was selected to play a close friend to Conrad, Montag. In the second through fifth seasons on The Hills she had been working with Epic Records. In May of 2009, she announced during an interview on On Air with Ryan Seacrest that she would be leaving The Hills to star in her own reality series that documented her life beyond The Hills. The original plan was to have aired her final episode on the 1st of December 2009. But she signed on for the final (and sixth) season. In the meantime, her Mark Burnett-produced drama set to air mid 2010 on MTV was delayed because of The Hills. In the end, Patridge was in more of the episodes of The Hills than any other actor. Patridge launched her Hollywood career by appearing in the reality series The Hills and then landed a minor role as a supporting actress in Into the Blue 2 The Reef. The film was released on DVD only, the 21st of April, 2009. Patridge's roles include Mad TV and Do Not Disturb. As of August 2008, she was cast to play Megan in Sorority Row. Production was completed between October 2008 and the beginning of 2009, with the premiere date on September 11, 2009. Patridge appeared in Carl's Jr. advertisements from 2010 to 2012. Refuting rumors, Patridge denied that she'd play the role of lead in the film adaptation based on her Hills co-star Lauren Conrad for the film adaptation of L.A. Candy based Conrad's novel.
