Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is a popular American writer of cook books for many years. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa that began in 2002. Ina started her career for the White House as a writer of documents on nuclear energy and also the budget. Although she initially found it fascinating, eventually she became bored. Then she bought a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food shop. After selling the store, she spent more than 18 years building it to an extremely successful business. There were many more cookbooks, and magazines columns that came later. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too made its debut and became a hit. The range of products includes cooking equipment, to food items as well as storage containers. Ina she has not attended any cookery schools or had a job in a restaurant. She is completely self-taught. She is known as an easy cook, and also for her entertaining style. Her most well-known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
